Our SUP tours are suitable for participants aged 14 and above. Children under 14 can participate in private 1-to-1 training accompanied by a parent. After completing this training, they may join longer tours with mutual agreement.
No, prior experience is not necessary. Our tours include a detailed basic paddling instruction at the beginning, and our guides will assist you throughout the tour.
All participants should have a moderate fitness level and weigh no more than 100 kg. While SUP is generally accessible, participants should be in reasonable physical health. If you have any concerns, please consult with us before booking. All participants must have a basic level of swimming. IF you are regular do sport you should be ok to participate. People with back pain or requiring special assistance will not be able to participate.
Children aged 8 to 14 need to participate in 1-to-1 training with an accompanying adult. Please contact us for arrangements and pricing.
We provide life jackets, so you can attend our flatwater SUP trips even if you are not a confident swimmer. However, confident swimming is required for open water SUP tours.
All participants must be over 14 years old, have a moderate fitness level, and be confident swimmers for open water tours. The maximum weight limit is 100 kg. People with back pain or requiring special assistance will not be able to participate.

Our tours are designed to provide the best experience with a maximum group size of 8 people. For larger groups, we can accommodate up to 28 people with additional guides. Please contact us for such requests.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, the deposit will be charged, and no refund will be provided. In case of unfavorable weather, we will cancel tours at least 4 hours in advance, and you will receive a full refund. For private tours, the cancellation policy may vary based on agreed conditions.

You are welcome to bring your personal cameras or phones, but this is entirely at your own risk. Ensure they have waterproof protection to avoid damage. We take high quality photos will be provided for your for free of charge.
You can store your belongings, changing clothes in our vehicles at your own risk. We also offer a limited number of drybags; please contact us if you need one. We recommend leaving valuables on land or at your accommodation.
Yes, our guides will greet you upon arrival and stay with you throughout the tour.
Yes, all our tours include short breaks where you can relax on the SUP or swim. Please note that swimming and snorkeling are unguided parts of the tour and are at your own risk.
No, our SUP paddleboards are for individual use only.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for water activities. Bring sunscreen, a hat, water, and a waterproof phone case to capture photos. Please note that we take photos during the tours, which will be provided free of charge.
Our standard SUP tours last approximately 3 hours, depending on the specific SUP tour you choose.
Yes, English and also Hungarian, we may accommodate other languages upon request.
Bring a swimsuit or appropriate clothing for water sports, a bottle of water, snacks for longer tours, a hat or headcover, sunscreen, and a good vibes. Aqua shoes are recommended. Don’t forget to bring sufficient water and changing clothes for after the tour.
