SUP Introduction Session
This SUP Introduction Session is designed for complete beginners and first-time paddlers who want to experience stand-up paddleboarding and learn the essential basics in a safe and enjoyable way.
It is also ideal for paddlers who already own their own SUP and want to build confidence on Maltese waters while improving core skills and technique.
The session lasts 1.5 hours and covers all the fundamentals you need to get started with SUP, including balance, paddling technique, safety basics, and how to handle different sea conditions.
